The Retiree Committee’s mission is to develop and launch a Retiree Chapter for CEMA to strengthen and defend retirement benefits for all CEMA members, and to engage retirees to volunteer with CEMA. As 2024 marks CEMA’s 50th anniversary, we are proud to launch our first CEMA Retiree Chapter Membership Drive March 22 – April 22. Annual Dues are only $50 and membership benefits include:
- Retiree seat on the CEMA Bargaining Team to protect retiree benefits.
- An avenue to keep in touch with CEMA and fellow retirees.
- Fun social events where you can connect and share your retirement experience.
- Special access to CEMA Professional Development and Political Action Committee events.
- Peer support in navigating retiree benefits and needs.
- CEMA Staff support with County retiree business.
