You are being asked to vote upon the Superior Court of the County of Santa Clara Contract with CEMA. The CEMA Negotiations Team, Court Advisory Council, and Staff unanimously recommend a YES vote.
The summary of changes can be found below.

Your bargaining team was able to achieve significant economic benefit to you all and safeguarded the excellent benefit package at no additional cost important to so many of you. Some key language along with preserving current costs for benefits.

Highlights include:
Wage increases every year of 3.25, 2.5, 1.5 and 3 percent every year
Longevity that is perusable for 15, 20 and 25 years of service
Year 3 grant of 16 hours (2 days) of use it lose it vacation
No cost increase to Healthcare
No cost increase to Pension
Telework and Remote Work to run concurrently with contract
Layoff Protection should the Court Furlough
