My name is Dawna Mencimer and I am proud to represent all CEMA members as your CEMA E-Board Secretary. I have been a proud dues paying CEMA member since joining the County in 2005. I have served on the Scholarship Committee, the Professional Development Committee, the Communications Committee, Contract Negotiations team, and am a Liaison for Roads and Airports. I am blessed with many friendships throughout the county, many of which stemmed from a CEMA event I attended, or a committee I served on. I believe that CEMA’s success grows from the talent, dedication and differences amongst our amazing members. On a personal note, I have been happily married for 29 years, have three beautiful children and have lived in Santa Clara County for over 40 years.

I love gardening, working on my old 64 VW Bus, traveling the country, hiking, enjoying a good meal and glass of wine and spending time with my family and friends.
