As a CEMA board member I have been active to make sure your voice is heard whenever possible in meeting with Executive Management and County Board of Supervisors. Notably, I have been active in representing you on the County wide IT Consolidation (ITCC) to make sure CEMA voice is heard in the decision process. I believe it is important that CEMA be at the table in the beginning of decision process to ensure that the members needs are brought forward as part of the decision process and not an afterthought.
